Not only are they are absolutely delicious but they are also very good for you. They are loaded with Vitamin C (35%) and also provide Vitamins A, B, and E and are an excellent source of fiber. They also contain minerals and anti-oxidants as well as being low in calories. What's not to like!
They are super versatile too, you can eat them raw with your morning museli, have them in salads, or they cook very nicely as well for a compote or a pie!
