Purple Drink Recipes

So, 2017 will most likely see a growth in the health food trend for purple food and purple drinks. There are so many health benefits for food or drink that is made using purple vegetables or purple/blue fruit. It also happens to be a vibrant and beautiful colour to entice you to eat or drink it!

The rich and vibrant colour indicates that ingredients contain high levels of anthocyanins, a type of antioxidant, which have been shown to fight cancer, ageing and inflammation. We have included some blueberry recipes as they they have many health benefits, being highly nutritious with antioxidants and fiber. Or you could try substituting the blueberries for acai berries.
